Video Interview on The VAR Guy: Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index

Joe Panettieri of The VAR Guy posted Update: Microsoft’s CSAT Index for Gold Partners, a blog post featuring a video interview with Julie Bennani, general manager of the Microsoft Partner Network. In the video, Julie dispels some of the recent negative CSAT comments.

The post states, “In the age of perpetual tweets and FaceBook updates, there seems to be very little public push back about CSAT. Apparently, Microsoft gave Gold Partners plenty of runway to prepare for the CSAT Index requirements.” See post for more information.
